Is licorice leather from west elm black or blue?

In the mar for the zander sofa from west elm and cant decifer if licorice leather is black or blue even with swatch in hand.

Never seen blue licorice. I would guess it was black by the name.

Mylands. You always regret your economies. I've repainted this kitchen 4X over the years, and last time was in Dulux which wore so poorly. Just custom mixed a new vibrant duck egg to paint my kitchen in marble matt walls, eggshell woodwork, and floor paint. Mylands matched impeccably. It was a dream of coverage, and looks spectacular. The quality of the pigment shows, looks the money, nothing like synthetic mediocre pigments in cheaper paint. It's a big improvement.

Thanks everyone esp Carolins and Minnie for all their continued advice. I have the Mongolian cushion ordered! and a few samples of the material I posted being sent to check it out first . I am going to remember what you gave said about texture when it comes to the cushions and ornaments. Going to stop overthinking the cushion problem and just make a decision! :-) I'll post again when I have made further progress . Many thanks again .

Hi there, the blue looks great, good choice! If you opt for blinds our Roller Blinds or Pelmet Roller Blinds would be ideal for you as the fabrics can be easily swapped without remeasuring or even removing the system form the window. It's hard for anyone to say whether you can do it without knowing your diy skills. I used a decorator with general DIY skills to put up my walls as decorators charges tend to be much cheaper. You could also try a handyman however people would need to know type of fire, finish on chimney breast, size and design Etc. I think you'd be better off getting a few quotes though tbh in as trades differ hugely depending on area. If you're looking to put the tv over the fire do think about a comfortable viewing height ( you might consider a ribbon flame style fire as they tend to be long and skinny so the tv could be hung lower) and I would also recess the tv in the chimney breast so as to protect it from the heat of the fire or consider a mantle over the fire to deflect the heat. there's quite a number of paintings on this link which could work not knowing what style of art you like https://www.notonthehighstreet.com/partners/omarobaid/products
