Comments (28)something like this would work I think, it is a very soft colour...think dark reds will be too dark...or maybe a soft grey tartan or check , a duck egg colour would also be lovely and really lighten up the space without taking away the cost feel...hope this link works! http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://cdn0.notonthehighstreet.com/system/product_images/images/001/189/535/original_plaid-wool-handmade-lampshade.jpg%253F1372866004&imgrefurl=http://www.notonthehighstreet.com/weftbespokedesign/product/plaid-wool-handmade-lampshade&h=900&w=900&tbnid=2t2-3YNnS_CtlM:&zoom=1&docid=Ucd_ov0Bw9kRvM&ei=Ku_UVNmFEMHmUsKyg6AF&tbm=isch&client=safari&ved=0CF4QMyhWMFY4yAE...See MorePOLL: What type of flooring do you have in your living room?
Comments (71)I agree! As it is not always feasible to install real timber or stone, Karndean is the best vinyl option. I am going to have 36sqm of it installed in my own place. I have direct contacts with the manufacturers here in the UK. If anyone is interested, please inbox me and will get you in touch....See MoreHi folks. Tile haze ?? Removal.
Comments (2)I'd say they sound more like the remnants of tile grouting has not yet been removed fully, If you use a clean damp cloth and run it over one tile, look at the cloth if it looks creamy white still then the grout is still on the floor. This will then just be a case of cleaning and cleaning and cleaning until it's all gone, does take a while sometimes, especially in big areas. The Matt finish tiles are the worst ones to get it off, I can't tell what you have from the pics. If it's not that, then have a read of this:- http://www.advancedsealingsolutions.co.uk/internal-flooring-sealers/...See MoreUp stand & tiles or just tiles?
Comments (7)Hello , as a supplier of both granite worktops and tiles , in normal situations both is the preferred route , consider that the upstands will normally be a little thicker than the finished tile so it creates a natural break point...
