What does the vanity and vanity top look like in this bathroom? Color/style/wood type of vanity and type of vanity top (tile,stone, etc)?

The wood is the key to avoiding the cold, clinical feel. you have a lovely wood floor, can you use accents of a similar wood through the kitchen for kick boards, cupboard ends and/or some cupboard fronts. you could mix and match doors in wood, cream and zinc if your kitchen is large. I would then consider warming it all up with and accent wall or splashbacks in a lovely deep red, orange or whatever your signature colour is. hope that helps.

Would the Welsh dresser fit in the recess under the stairs, far enough back to not block that window and borrowing the glass section to reflect light? There appears to be more space on that side of the fire - the newly painted dining table could be be positioned to that side of the fireplace. You could then place the couch (OK, I'm an Aussie and we tend to have couches over sofa's!) closer to the fire for a warm reading area and getting benefit of the window and connect with the fireplace Aqua colouring...The free standing chair could be either nearer the window on that side or in the opposite corner near the radiator. Thereby leaving the radiator free, and I assume able to be more effective? Moving furniture around sometimes helps - I do roll my eyes when hubby suggests repositioning furniture to get things right but it usually gets us thinking about how we use spaces!

I quite like it! I love this style of cabinetry and I think it’s very well done and when the artwork is in place it will bring it together. The colour theme is restful, I did my bedroom in similar colours and love it. I am rather intrigued as to how the pendant lights are hanging from the sky lantern? Sure the table is perhaps a little long and formal but I’m sure the client is happy. Only thing I’m not sure on is the window dressing, seems too white and uniform but other than that, great work:)
