It's Friday afternoon and I bet you're starting to plan ahead for the weekend.
Some people are wont to do the same thing every single week, whether that's having dinner with friends or family, watching that specific TV show, reading a book or browsing Houzz. Do you have a specific Friday routine? Whatever it is, I want to hear it!
My Friday night usually equals: sofa + feet up + magazine in hand!

Comments (103)I have always bought wrecks - I love renovating: and I completely agree with overpaying for a new renovation that is rubbish and soulless: I won't even view a house that has obviously been done up by one of the many "property developers" that infest London. I can cope with anything (have rectified asbestos, removed wood chip, put back period features and replaced everything from roof to digging up a floor to install underfloor heating in the past), but my absolute nos: dodgy neighbours/road, lack of off-street parking (London), a floor plan I can do nothing with, lack of potential to add value myself. Comments (3)I'm fortunate enough to have both Summer and Winter holidays, so very difficult to chose my ideal.... In Winter I adore skiing and all social activities involving that, and in Summer I adore the beach, the sea, the sun, BBQ's and all those social activities as well. But I also enjoy long walks in the country side on a crisp Spring day, or in a beautiful Autumn forest enjoying the different colours as the trees and plants go to sleep. As an outdoor person, I really find it difficult answering this question, so choosing "other" for me was the only answer I could give. Of course I also enjoy Cities - London, Paris, New York and Milan, Cape Town, Nice, St. Petersburg. Oh dear, so many places to see, so little time :-))...See More
