This rear extension to the terrace property created an updated kitchen and dining area. The glass extension at the rear of the new space added light and additional space whilst adhering to the planning requirement for roof height. By using a 3D glass roof above the sliding doors the clients were able to achieve the ceiling height they wanted whilst allowing for their neighbours 'right to light'. The rear sliding doors were slim 20mm aluminium framed sliding doors with a frameless structural glass roof above.
