IQ created a bespoke glazed extension to this contemporary farmhouse, located in the scenic Dartmoor countryside.

The renovation was divided into two extended sections to either side of the core Victorian-style building. A two-storey west-side wing now houses a new kitchen and dining room, while a contemporary bespoke living room was constructed using a glass box extension to the eastern side of the home. In between the two, a timber clad porch forges an elegant connection between the new and original sections of the farmhouse.
