This house in Epsom was built in 1926 and needed renovating. There was a very old lean-to on the side of the property which we knocked down and installed a 8 meter long conservatory.

We extended the lounge to increase the space and knocked through to the new conservatory. The existing kitchen was very small so we moved it to the other side of the property and knocked through to the adjoining room to create a family snug and to increase the space.
