Our clients, Maureen and Alan, contacted us to arrange a meeting to discuss the refurbishment of a retirement apartment that they owned. They were having to move from a very large detached bungalow and needed to figure out what furniture they were going to keep and utilise and what had to go.

We discussed timescales and budgets, got them to create a wish list and a list of furniture they wanted to keep and we also discussed practical design solutions and design features that they really wanted to have.

Having presented our scheme, fees and quotes and discussed the potential unknowns after we started ripping out the existing fittings we organised dates, trades and materials and got to work getting the apartment ready for them.

We completely gutted the apartment and carried out wiring and plumbing checks and modified as required. The kitchen and bathroom were fitted and then the apartment was completely redecorated. New vinyl flooring and carpet was laid after which bespoke wardrobes, storage and tv media unit were installed.
