Having already completed their lounge a year earlier our clients called us back in to refurbish the upstairs of their home.

This house had 3 bedrooms, 2 of which were very large so with some clever planning and reconfiguration of the space we were able to turn this home from a 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom into a 4 bedroom, 1 en-suite & 1 family bathroom property.

Our brief was to design the space and interior finishing, submit a planning application and co-ordinate all the trades on the refurbishment.

We supplied and installed all the bathroom products and carried out all the building, plumbing and electrical works together with painting and decorating.

**Update** This client has since moved and in 2018 we were called to renovate their retirement apartment in Bath.
