Each job is viewed in person to see what is required for that specific area.
No job is ever the same even if it's a mirror image of the last one completed every room with having different prep.

This little highlight shows the heavy prep work to ensure proper long lasting repairs on this original plastered coving.

This looked like standard coving but in fact was it was made out of plaster built in with the ceiling.
It would of been extremely hard and costly to ripe down and replace as new .

➡️All cracks and lose substrate was removed back to a firm edge.

➡️Dunlop rapid repair used as a quick setting base for deeper structural areas.

➡️A mix of @toupretuk fillers to be used, building up layers and sponging out creating the curve in the middle.

➡️Sealed over and sparyed in with the rest of the ceiling
