A small example of the prep we undertake on the smallest of areas, making sure its done once.

Small hairline crack underneath lining paper which slowly started to come through the paper.

➡️Paper removed and area sanded back

➡️Crack cut out and all lose substrate removed.

➡️Expanding foam applied in the deeper areas filler can't reach, cut excess off and pushed back.
@dunlopprodecor rapid reapi4 motor applied and left

➡️Fibfuse tape and filled over with @toupretuk wall filler.

➡️Sanded smooth and sealed over

➡️New lining paper to match cut to size and hung.

➡️Caulk and filler over the edging
With a x2 coats of white being applied, leaving a perfect matching finish.
