Full striping down process of original varnish coating, with full epoxy fill applied to all routed out joins so no movement or hairline cracks will come through in time.
Full double primer coats applied with huge amounts of a flexible compatible filler applied to the door and sanding each time.
With then x2 full high gloss coats applied a few days apart to give this ultimate high gloss traditionally hand painted finish
