We were asked by the client to offer advice on arranging an extension to a small one bedroom property in Finsbury Park into the garden. The project included the following works:
- Provide a Cedar Clad extension to the rear of the property with lots of natural light;
- Redecorate Kitchen
- Modernise Bathroom (including new toiler/new door/tiling floor)
- Relocate boiler from kitchen corridor to hallway cupboard
- Refurbish garden

ZPG arranged consultation with Architects, Structural Engineers for the design of the extension, a Party Wall Surveyor for party wall negotiations and also provided builders to complete work with decorators providing the finishing touches.
