Zebra were contracted to conduct a full house renovation. This included a basement dig out and fit at the front of the property. Zebra created a ground floor rear extension leading to the garden, and a loft conversion to include a roof terrace. Works included installing Polished Concrete staircase to basement, Structural Glazing to rear extension & roof terrace, wood paneling and a new bespoke kitchen. Zebra maintained several original features of the property including the original floorboards, staircase, skirting and architraves to ensure the essence of the property remained and the history of the building was brought into the modern development.
