Working for a high-end Malaysian developer, Zebra transformed a five-story office block into four high-end residential flats with a GDV of £12m. The development comprised three x 2 bed flats and one x 3 bed double floor flat. The emphasis within the project was to ensure, where possible, that the character of the building was retained – as such, the choice of final fix materials had to be spot on. This had to be matched with all the modern facilities to match the quality of the building and design. As well as a lift there was an exceptional AV package, lighting and designer kitchens and bathrooms installed throughout.
