This property was not refurbished for a very long time and also was rented out for decades.

We undertook a full refurbishment of the house, as well as enlarged it by addition of a side extension, front porch and a mansard dormer. In fact, the whole roof space needed to be redone in order to improve its size and height. Inside, our Clients wanted a very bright and colourful interior, yet traditional in its layout.

The ground floor houses now two reception rooms, a pantry, kitchen, dining room and a guest WC. The dining room is located inside the new side extension with a long glass roof over it. The external brick wall was preserved and a new exposed brick wall was added to mirror it

The first floor contains three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The Master Suite is situated in the converted loft space with a new mansard dormer. A walk in storage was created under the front roof.
