A new-build project on a plot in Canterbury, Kent. A custom new build built to architects drawings, with a few amendments by us, which enabled the customer to gain full head height in the eaves and some very useful additional built in storage. We firstly demolished the old bungalow which was on this established plot, keeping and repairing the gorgeous Victorian Greenhouse in situ. We then proceeded to build a house of contemporary construction, which features modern grey framed glass as its key design feature, complete with a floor to ceiling panel and bifold doors. The interior is open-plan and feels extremely spacious.
