A complete transformation of a 1930’s pebble dash property, we started with demolition of the 1930’s property, keeping just the foundations and a few walls, which we built upon and extended to make a bright and spacious contemporary family home. We helped design this custom build with our client and their architect. We incorporated roof lanterns into the roof design and a balcony off from the main bedroom. We added some detailed brick work and finished the house with a handcrafted oak vaulted porch and a plethora of oak detailing both inside and out.
