Hove, Extension and Refurbishment

This large detached Victorian Villa had been unceremoniously carved into flats in the 1950's losing many of the original architectural features. The new owners were a family who wanted to restore it back to a single dwelling, adding period details but with a room layout suitable for modern living. The house was literally re-built from the inside with new insulation, staircases and services. The design successfully blends a rich of materials with an open plan rear ground floor, which ensures the interior exudes warmth and personality.
