The client requested that we make this lovely Victorian property smaller since it had been over-extended in the past due to various business uses. We secured planning for a large rear extension, which created an amazing family space with over sized doors leading out to a new deck and garden. The new design provided modern luxuries such as a hidden bar, walk-in wardrobe and four new individually designed bathrooms.
