Concept design for a dormer loft extension to an existing 1930s semi-detached home with a recent single storey extension. The clients wanted extra space to accommodate their growing family and the flexibility to work from home.

The second floor extension allows for a generous master bedroom with a work desk, large ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe space. Along with the large windows to the dormer, a number of rooflights were added to allow plenty of daylight into the new spaces.

The sleek zinc clad dormer and additions will be added under permitted development rights.
