The Grays is a mixed-use development located in Holborn, central London. The project provided a new lease of life for a 1950’s derelict office building through its creation of 13 luxury apartments, including an award winning 1000sq.ft penthouse roof extension. The scheme focused on the redesign of the rear facade to reflect the building’s change of use and the addition of a penthouse to sit naturally with the existing building and surrounding context.
