This house was altered and extended for the client to create a bright and open-plan living room and garden room, with alterations to the bedrooms and bathrooms to make it work better for the client. This included creating a larger master bedroom with an en-suite.

10 years later, the annexe was altered to make it suitable for the clients to move out of the main house and into the annexe, leaving the main house for the next generation. The clients were keen to improve the buildings’ energy performance above the building regulation requirements.

The property sits within a Conservation Area and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
