The Kings Arms
Conversion & alteration of a Grade II listed former Pub into two residential dwellings: one 3 bedroom home and one with 2 bedrooms.
The 14th Century pub had the original timber frame, behind a brick façade, which was restored. Some 20th Century additions were removed to make the scheme more visually coherent.
2018 Salisbury Civic Society Conservation Award scheme winner.
