The Warm Minimalist in St Albans

Complete Entrance hallway, stairs and first floor renovation. Rearranged the first floor to accommodate a guest bedroom with ensuite, a luxurious master suite and plenty of storage. the project required structural changes and planning permission for an additional window.

The Warm Minimalist
Square edge detail added to the crisp model and minimal style of the house. High end paint that is matt and scratch resistant made this balustrade possible. Metal square handrail matches many small black metal accents in the house, balanced with greyish oak treads and white risers.
