The trouble with this site was that it was restricted by overlooking issues on three sides and on the other was the road, so it took some clever, out of the box thinking to create this dramatic family home.

The client was an actor and he wanted his home to have a theatrical wow factor and the restrictions of the site meant that no light could be had from three of the four elevations and so the only answer was to use spectacular double-height spaces and lightweight metal walkways.
