This sliding door system might actually work better than the trifold door. It would be more versatile.
love this great room. love concept of carpet with concrete and large trifold doors.
This is exactly the shape of the island I want. Clean over hang without any support brackets showing. 3 sit along the length and 1 at the end of the island. The floors have to be durable. Dark floors will show dust and scratches. Must be durable and pool friendly.
undermount sink, flat-panel cabinets, white cabinets, quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island. I like the backsplash not having any grout lines.
I hate this style, but it shows the concept of the extension of indoor/outdoor living and the same floor from inside to the outside.
The most important aspect is MINIMAL, so that it doesn't obstruct the view. But, glass is high maintenance and I do not want to use glass. I also want to make sure that the top tier of the railing is wide enough for someone to lean on and to place a drink without fearing that it will fall off the railing.
I like this table and chairs, but wonder how comfortable these chairs would be.
Accent wall so that the artwork will stand out.
Fantastic table. I love the table legs.
Garage Door
Great exterior.
Though this balcony is much smaller in comparison to mine. This is the concept I want to duplicate. Trifold door and the flooring simply extended from the dining room out to the balcony. Also, I like the use of steel for the balconies railing. However the side towards the home next door must be a solid wall. We also need to attach an automatic retractable awning.
I like the idea of cloth chairs. The goal is functional and comfortable. A place where people want to stay. The dark walls are gorgeous as well.
Definitely like the floor.
I like the floor here. But there's not enough contrast. Too much black and white. a different color on either the wall cabinets or the island would be best. I also do not like the light fixtures in the dining room.
Dining room chairs work with the padding on the arm rests.
I like this floor.
I like these dining room chairs, but I wonder how comfortable the metal would be. I want a table that seas 6 comfortable and can easily be expanded to seat 8.
I love these chairs and the fireplace. I can't tell what material is used on the floor. My favorite all time architect.
I love this concrete floor. I just want to make sure we can decrease the noise that the first floor can hear.
Adjustable Height also a MUST.
This might work...NOT in white.
Hate this style...however, having the spices all easily accessible is a MUST. This is a great option.
Love this Fridge...because of the use of the wall, I believe it would be best to get rid of the window currently over the sink.
Though I do NOT like this kitchen I like the use of the sides of the island for additional seating. Also, the stools look comfortable with the foot rest and they are not wooden stools. Ideally I am looking for stools that swivel, have arm rests, and include a solid back support like this one.
I like the island for it's unique way it doesn't have a "leg" on one end.
The façade of this home is fantastic.
The façade of this home is fantastic.
Comfortable stools with a place for guests to place their feet is a MUST.
Gas stove and more of a WOW focal point over the gas stove is a must. I also want limited storage outward facing the guests.
The island in this fashion works well. A flat island without a second tier would be ideal for parties and having a place to put out a spread...and in one corner have a small sink and the trash cans.
Having a beverage fridge facing guests would work and having the smaller width of the island hold the 3 trash cans would give guests easy access to all 3 trash cans - trash, recycling, and bottles.
All 3 of these materials blend really well together. If this is Carrera marble, I just need to be reassured that it is durable and will not stain by wine being spilled. If the marble is somewhat fragile, I have no interest in the something that looks good, but lacks function.
love no handles. flat panel cabinets.
