nextdoor.com is a site like facebook for neighborhoods to connect. It is a great tool for communication in a neighborhood where people want to connect in a positive manner. unfortunately, it can also be a place for rants & a lot of concern about "suspicious" activity ( for some, any behavior but brisk movement through a neighborhood is suspicious). you may find your neighborhood is already set up on it.
