The drywall second floor balcony was replaced with custom iron railing, Wood floors were refinished from yellow tone to dark walnut finish.
Fireplace mantel was replaced with floating mantel and large format stone stile surround. walls painted a soft cool grey hue opened the space creating a brighter room.
The long rod hanging fan was removed and created views to the exterior and balcony
