We replaced the blond maple Ikea cabinets in this simple L-shaped kitchen with a warm cherry in a transitional shaker door style. We also added an island for additional storage. New floor tile, granite countertops, and a carrara marble backsplash bring cooler tones into the space. LED undercabinet lighting adds functionality and makes this kitchen really work.
