Harper Design BuildBuilt at the turn of the century, this historic limestone’s 4,000 SF interior presented endless opportunities for a spacious and grand layout for a family of five. Modern living juxtaposes the original staircase and the exterior limestone façade. The renovation included digging out the cellar to make space for a music room and play space. The overall expansive layout includes 5 bedrooms, family room, art room and open dining/living space on the parlor floor. This design build project took 12 months to complete from start to finish.

Phoenix Home RemodelingWorking with Casey & Tom in their guest bathroom was such an honor. This bathroom was the first stage of their home remodel. They wanted to change the look of the builder grade bathroom and fixtures.
We started out by selecting an oversized white matte hex tile for the walls. This tile selection was a perfect match to the personalities that will be using this bathroom. This oversized niche complimented the hex tile. We used a large format navy blue tile in the niche for easy maintenance.
The old flooring was gutted and installed a concrete look porcelain tile. We also painted the wall a neutral grey to compliment the pops in colors. We also installed new white shaker cabinets with a striking large, veined quartz.
To keep with the rectangle profile, we installed a new Kohler tub, 2 new rectangle sinks, and a modern rectangle mirror. With all these features we paired with the Delta Trinsic faucet and shower fixtures in the Brilliance Stainless finish.
Lastly, we updated all the lighting fixtures in the room. Removing the old light above the vanity and replacing it with a larger fixture. We also removed the old dome light in the shower room and replaced it will a recessed can light to force light more evenly throughout the room.
Chester County Kitchen & BathLarge Master Bath remodel in West Chester PA inspired by blue glass. Bye-Bye old bathroom with large tiled tub deck and small shower and Hello new bathroom with a fabulous new look. This bathroom has it all; a spacious shower, free standing tub, large double bowl vanity, and stunning tile. Bright multi colored blue mosaic tiles pop in the shower on the wall and the backs of the his and hers niches. The Fabuwood vanity in Nexus frost along with the tub and wall tile in white stand out clean and bright against the dark blue walls. The flooring tile in a herringbone pattern adds interest to the floor as well. Over all; what a great bathroom remodel with a bold paint color paired with tile and cabinetry selections that bring it all together.
