This terrace is formed on concrete with undercroft parking beneath – there is no soil! The challenge is to create a private modern space, with plenty of lush greenery, without overloading the structure. Large lightweight planters, beautiful western red cedar decking, slate paving, golden gravel and sedum lawn are strategically positioned to precise curvilinear shapes.
