Breyman: Breakfast Nook

Traditional Kitchen, Portland

This historic home in the Dunthorpe neighborhood had a cramped master bedroom with a crumbling bathroom. We extended the space to create a private and spacious retreat that includes a bedroom with windows on three sides, a gorgeous bathroom with a view, a sitting room, walk-in closet, and a coffee/wine bar. The fireplace facade was completely rebuilt. The sitting room has a custom sectional for relaxing in front of the fire. The couple loves their new retreat . . . and so do their teenage kids. Project by Portland interior design studio Jenni Leasia Interior Design. Also serving Lake Oswego, West Linn, Vancouver, Sherwood, Camas, Oregon City, Beaverton, and the whole of Greater Portland.
