Modern Living Room, Cincinnati
Nest Designs LLC was hired by Charles Simms Development to select all the finish products/materials and furnish the model for their new development in downtown Dayton, Ohio. This was a great project. Concrete counter-tops, glass mosaic back-splash and a custom designed metal hand railing are a few of the upgrades now available. The image above shows the living area of the space. The furnishings were specifically selected to add a modern feel to the interior. For fun, tour posters were framed and used throughout the model as the artwork.
