Forging a strong connection with the architecture and landscape was a key part of this project. Focusing on the arrival point to create a welcoming and inspiring entrance to the family and guests. Pockets of green divide the entrance space and direct the guests through the front garden. The resulting garden provides a welcoming and striking scene.

Buzz Interior DesignTraditional Victorian Cottage with new extension using Millboard Envello Shadow Line Cladding in Burnt Oak. replicating an authentic timber look whilst using a composite board for longevity and ease of maintenance. Cottage is surrounded by cattle farms so flagstone patio and gravel drive for cars has been dressed with a mix of pots including modern and cottage garden planting, espalier fruit trees. Animals and wildlife areas have been taken into account with building. The roof ridge has been dressed with a hare finial - watching over his family in the fields located behind.
UserCarroll and Mullan StoneWork, Meadow Drive Patio Wall. Dry stone wall built to separate gravel driveway and natural stone patio. Built with Teasdale sandstone hammer finished round coping and square pillar with segmental flat coping.
Buzz Interior DesignTraditional Victorian Cottage with new extension. Existing planting in driveway was old and had had its day - some areas conifer hedging over 9ft deep. This was removed which allowed both the driveway and main garden to increase in size. This was replaced with a curved wall /. Bricks were found to try and correspond with the front wall of the victorian cottage. The wall was topped with recycled ridge tiles and has been used to incorporate animal homes for bees, birds and incorporated tunnels for hedgehogs. Planted with espalier fruit trees and fruit bushes. which are currently immature The wall on the internal garden side has been planted with climbing roses and scented climbers to attract wildlife too.

Neways Group LtdThis client approached us to replace her existing garden wall as she was concerned the existing wall was so worn out, it would collapse and injure a passer by. Dealing with challenges outside the scope of our control such as horrendous British weather, our primary bricklayer had urgent personal matters to tend and was unable to complete the project after we dismantled the existing wall, which delayed the project while interviewing and contracting a new bricklayer. In the end, we contacted one we've worked with in the past, from 300 miles away to complete the project to our high standard. The client is over the moon with the final outcome.
Straight Forward Gardens LtdFront driveway done for The London Landscaping Company, base used 200 mm mot type 1 well compacted, drainable surface, all the water meant no sink in to the joints between block pavers. Pavers are 100 mm thick as this is a standard for the driveways build out. To avoid any borders last course of pavers has been laid on the wet mortar mix and supported from site with a mix of concrete to keep the pavers together. Walls around the garden build out on brand new fundation which was stepping up with a garden fall. Concrete blocks use (hollow blocks) with a reinforce bars and fundation reinforced to. Step shuttering done and poured with concrete for an extra strenght. Alll coverd with a nice stones cant remember the name but more likely granite look with a facial and sides rendered to match the walls painted in brilliant white. Rockery on the left hand site and just a single tree, weed membrane below to stop the weeds and large size pebbles used.
