AIBD - American Institute of Building DesignThe outdoor living area utilizes bold radial lines to offer a sense of unobstructed openness along the panoramic riverside views. Special consideration was given to the design and engineering of the outdoor space to allow a massive 60-foot span between columns, resulting in an unparalleled view. Playful geometric shapes speak to an easy livability that belie the bold and glamorous design. The second floor deck provides seamless access from the guest bedrooms, office and exercise rooms. The use of glass railing and zero-edge doors carefully preserve the view.

Fredman Design GroupAn additional challenge for the design team was to ensure that the kitchen would withstand the harsh Chicago elements; the countertop was done in honed granite and the cabinetry is marine-grade teak. To bring the modern design into harmony with the natural surroundings, a neutral palette was selected to complement the aesthetic inside the home without detracting from the lush green of the outdoor space.
Promise Path Landscaping IncSmall backyard with lots of potential. We created the perfect space adding visual interest from inside the house to outside of it. We added a BBQ Island with Grill, sink, and plenty of counter space. BBQ Island was cover with stone veneer stone with a concrete counter top. Opposite side we match the veneer stone and concrete cap on a newly Outdoor fireplace. far side we added some post with bright colors and drought tolerant material and a special touch for the little girl in the family, since we did not wanted to forget about anyone. Southview DesignThis outdoor kitchen/bar provides everything you need to entertain your guests outdoors. The stainless steel cabinets along the wall house a sink, refrigerator and plenty of storage.
John Pack Custom PoolsThis beautiful natural oasis is enhanced with a beach entry pool created from Oklahoma stone. A sheer decent curved waterfall adds drama to this gorgeous space. Bubblers in the beach area give the children hours of fun as bar stools in the water at the deeper end give the adults a place of their own. The swim up bar overlooks a curved outdoor kitchen that houses a grill, egg, drawers, side burner and sink. A pergola at the end of the kitchen with a stunning stone fireplace gives the perfect destination for dinner and conversation. Hemispheres fine furniture adorns this space for the perfect addition to all of its ambiance.
John David RulonThis new house is reminiscent of the farm type houses in the Napa Valley. Although the new house is a more sophisticated design, it still remains simple in plan and overall shape. At the front entrance an entry vestibule opens onto the Great Room with kitchen, dining and living areas. A media room, guest room and small bath are also on the ground floor. Pocketed lift and slide doors and windows provide large openings leading out to a trellis covered rear deck and steps down to a lawn and pool with views of the vineyards beyond.
The second floor includes a master bedroom and master bathroom with a covered porch, an exercise room, a laundry and two children’s bedrooms each with their own bathroom

The Todd GroupThis garden pathway links the front yard to the backyard area. Perennials and shrubs bloom throughout the season providing interest points that change from week to week. Creeping thyme and other flowering plants fill in the spaces between the irregular stone pathway.
