Happy Rug

The Kasthall Happy rug is a woven rug of linen and wool, with colourful stripes that are both well coordinated and contrasting. The name happy comes from the heavenly experience when you walk on it, like the divine relative to our rug Doris. The chief designer Gunilla Lagerhem Ullberg named the five ranges of colour combinations after life situations and feelings that she likes: Harmony, Winter Night, Passion, Summer Holiday and Potato Digging. All the variety of colour and yarn changes are attentive work that has come from thorough professional skill from the Kasthall weavers and a lot of patience.
