Contemporary Kitchen, San Francisco

Celebrating the 100th birthday of their home, the clients chose to completely renovate the outdated kitchen in this 1908 Edwardian Flat. Measuring only 128 square feet, there was little storage and the appliances were on their last legs. The clients requested for an up-dated, functional space where they could cook gourmet meals for themselves, friends and relatives on a regular basis but still keep true the history of the home. To update the space, stainless steel appliances from Fisher Paykell, Thermador and Bertazzoni and granite countertops were paired with white custom fabricated cabinets with traditional detailing truly make this a modern cook's kitchen with a historical pedigree.
