Four downspouts on the rear of the home were tied in underground to a new raingarden that naturally filters the runoff from the expansive roof. A variety of plants from trees to ground covers and rocks were designed to maximize the filtration and include plants only native to the area. Erik Dunham, Photographer. Bayard Construction.
