This 2-bedroom house was left semi furnished after the tenants had left. We took most of the furniture and furnishings to a charity shop, but on client's request, we kept the bedroom furniture and just changed the curtains, added some wall art and dressed the bed to suit the furniture and existing bed headboard. Aquarius used their own furniture, furnishings and accessories to stage the living room and all other areas. The patio was cleaned and the garden tidied and then we added garden chairs, fire pit, and few pots of flowers. The front of the house was also tidied, the flower bed edging repaired and a few flower pots added to boost the kerb appeal. The house sold quickly and achieved significantly over the asking price.
