Contemporary Dining Room, San Francisco

Portion of Great Room showing DIning and Kitchen. Note "eyebrow" dormer at exterior wall, gradually flattens as it moves inward to squeeze under the upper floor framing. Building is steel framed for earthquake loading and steel columns and beams are covered with 100 year old tobacco-barn oak from Virginia. Eyelid dormer translates into eyelid pergola at exterior.
