写真左側には床の間スペースもあり、季節の飾り物をするスペースとしています。
壁に全て引き込める引き戸を設けており、写真のようにオープンに使うこともでき、閉め切って個室として使うこともできます。
小上がりは座ってちょうど良い高さとして、床下スペースを有効利用した引き出し収納を設けています。

Synergie DécoM. P. m’a contactée afin d’avoir des idées de réaménagement de son espace, lors d’une visite conseil. Et chemin faisant, le projet a évolué: il a alors souhaité me confier la restructuration totale de son espace, pour une rénovation en profondeur.
Le souhait: habiter confortablement, créer une vraie chambre, une salle d’eau chic digne d’un hôtel, une cuisine pratique et agréable, et des meubles adaptés sans surcharger. Le tout dans une ambiance fleurie, colorée, qui lui ressemble!
L’étude a donc démarré en réorganisant l’espace: la salle de bain s’est largement agrandie, une vraie chambre séparée de la pièce principale, avec un lit confort +++, et (magie de l’architecture intérieure!) l’espace principal n’a pas été réduit pour autant, il est même beaucoup plus spacieux et confortable!
Tout ceci avec un dressing conséquent, et une belle entrée!
Durant le chantier, nous nous sommes rendus compte que l’isolation du mur extérieur était inefficace, la laine de verre était complètement affaissée suite à un dégat des eaux. Tout a été refait, du sol au plafond, l’appartement en plus d’être tout beau, offre un vrai confort thermique à son propriétaire.
J’ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à travailler sur ce projet, j’espère que vous en aurez tout autant à le découvrir!

L'entrée se situe sous la mezzanine, et à sa gauche se trouve la salle d'eau. Le tout amène au salon, coin dînatoire et cuisine ouverte.
Castle déco HomeL'idée était de transformer ce studio de centre ville en un lieu atypique, avec une thématique spécifique pour créer une émotion. Le budget était très serré mais des pièces fortes en déco on suffit à métamorphoser l'endroit.

Angefangen von Möbeln über Teppiche, Bilder und Accessoires bis hin zu Küchengeräten, Porzellan, Besteck und vieles mehr. Viel fröhliche Farbe - bis auf die Wände - war ausdrücklich gewünscht. Wir hatten freie Hand und sehr viel Freude bei der Umsetzung.

Gli arredi sono stati tutti restaurati tramite pre-trattamento e laccatura per renderli bianchi , come voleva la committenza.Il pavimento è in gres porcellanato effetto resina in tonalità di beige diverse.Per la valorizzazione delle pareti si è optato per una carta da parati floreale , scelta dalla committenza. La controsoffittatura , realizzata in cartongesso , separata dalle pareti perimetralmente , in modo da ricreare degli scuretti illuminati , per dare un senso di galleggiamento.
