The Vine House

Contemporary Kitchen, Wiltshire

Sustainable Kitchens - The Vine House. View of island with a polished concrete worktop painted in Little Green Grey Teal with copper carlisle bar stools. The induction hob has a built in extractor fan with ventilation. The hanging pendant lights are vintage from reclaimed materials. The pitched oak ceiling creates a bright and airy feeling in this beautiful space. In the background a wine crate has been repurposed into a shelf next to a brushed stainless steel unit with integrated Smeg oven. Two different thicknesses of concrete are used in this kitchen. A thicker piece on an island, as pictured here, can create a sense of grandeur and grab everyones attention. Photography credit - Brett Charles
