This thoughtful design enhances natural light, maximizes connection to nature, and balances old and new with elegance and clarity.

Bespoke solid walnut and pine curved ‘T’ shaped stair, including walnut strings, newel posts with caps and handrails. The treads and risers are pine, to take marble slabs. The handrail is continuous, with a twist on the entry newel. The balustrade is painted wrought iron spindles inserted into the strings, hand and base rails. It’s always nice to see the finished product, I really enjoyed this one and it’s great to see it finished in the winter sun, with it traditional built oak framed single extension / porch, finished with a slate roof and fully glazed. Finished with the painted door and polished ironmongery.

For this project, smart storage was a necessity for our clients master bedroom. Being a spacious room, we were able to divide it in two, creating a hidden dressing room concealed behind the floor to ceiling wardrobes. The fitted mirrored fretwork furniture houses hanging rails and shelving for every day, easily accessible clothing with the centre doors creating the walkthrough to the dressing room. The dressing room area is fitted with tallboy drawers, a hidden safe, and additional open hanging rails. This furniture was handpainted on site by our decorators in a stone grey egg shell finish.

The owners of this part-Georgian, part-Victorian home wanted a fitted kitchen that was in-keeping with the classic yet eclectic feel of the property. We used rich contrasts and clean lines to craft a hand-made kitchen befitting a home with as much heart as history. American Black Walnut worktops infuse warmth and texture into this classic kitchen, with solid Quebec yellow timber cabinets used throughout. The Farrow & Ball Pitch Black paint punctuates the centre of the room, giving the island a stately, defiant air. Polished nickel handles offer a hint of lustre and carefully sculpted corbels add a timeless quality. The Sub Zero fridge and Wolf ovens are deftly woven into the fabric of this eclectic yet classic kitchen.
