Our expertise is in offering honest, accurate and realistic advise on what you can achieve from your project. FEASIBILITY AND CONCEPT DESIGN You have an idea, but are not sure it will work. Dot offer a free initial appraisal and feasibility service. We will meet you on site to discuss your requirements, and we will offer sound advice on your best route for the development. Need more detail? We can work up detailed development appraisals, just ask. PLANNING DRAWINGS AND DESIGN The fun part to any project, putting peoples dreams onto paper, and offering our own spin on what might be appropriate for the project. We take these drawings from conception through to planing approval, with all the bits in between. During this stage we keep a close eye on budget, timings and your requirements. CODE FOR SUSTAINABLE HOMES If possible, we would all like to be more eco friendly. Well, the Code for Sustainable homes is an initiative that helps ensure that new builds are as eco friendly as possible. Dot has in house assessors, and this ensures we can help clients through the various protocols and paperwork required to meet these requirements. Certain levels of The Code for Sustainable Homes are becoming conditions set out by local authorities after planning permission is granted. Once you have a design you are happy with, why not ask us about the interior design side. We can work up simple layouts and mood board to your taste, along with full specification and visuals to help bring the scheme alive.
