“We hired Nick and Paul at Raylian to lead a tricky 550 m2 office conversion into residential space in a prime location central Chiswick. Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted. The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage. Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas. Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion. Raylian are a one stop shop for any size of residential project and I am happy to give them a 5 star review. AW. Chiswick.”

“We are planning to renovate our 1930s semi to create a light, bright kitchen/diner/living area and decided to use Rachael to help us with the planning of this project. Rachael has been a true professional from our very first meeting and ongoing with our project. Her ideas and input have been really helpful and all work up to the current stage has been done to a high standard. Rachael is very helpful with explaining all the stages and processes to us as we have never had building work done before. We look forward to working with her throughout the rest of the project and to see the end results.”

“dwell design began working for us on the extension and refurbishment of our new home after the plan drawing company we had initially been recommended totally let us down. By comparison Anthony and the team were thorough, interested, passionate and knowledgeable with much appreciated attention to detail. I felt that Anthony took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in our home and tailored the plans to suit what we really needed, coming up with a design that worked for us. The final result is all we had hoped for and more and would not have happened without all the hard work from the dwell team. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”

“Fantastic service. I had no idea how to extend my home. David help me at each stage of the process, making it really easy to do. I was even helped with guidelines about what to look for when sourcing builders- and the price of what the extension was going to cost, allowing me to compare the quotes from relevant builders. Any problems no matter how small were easily dealt with and with no fuss. Would highly recommend them.”

“I Hired WDA, Sept 2013 To Look at prospect of Land I had for Development and the appraisal for gaining Planning Permission for an Eco Style House, which they gave me their opinions and eventually we were Successful in getting Planning permission on a Beautifully Designed House by the team early 2014 (App No 2/2014/0064/PLNG, I have now Recently sold the Plot and the Build will start shortly, November 2016 “I wanted to thank you both, firstly it was good to meet nice people and further more for your damn good work. “GHK helped us with planning and listed building consent for both some single glazed sash windows and a larger fiddly sub basement dig out at the front of the house which had a number of joins and links to pre-existing structures. Sensible, practical and generally timely approach and didn’t take any nonsense from an errant builder!”
