During the build Nick Turner was onsite to supervise, and otherwise, was quick to respond to email and texts and kept us informed of any delay or snags. Nick Crick (Customisation King) proposed practical solutions to any problems that arose and they were both particular in leaving the site immaculate at the end of the project. They proved flexible and always listened to our requirements producing a superb end result. “This project involved the building of two contemporary high specification houses with a square area totalling more than 400 meters. The project commenced in January 2015 and concluded early 2016. The main positive features of Dell Developments include high quality finishes, attention to detail, interpretation of complex designs, flexibility to deal with customer, NHBC and Building Control requirements, snag resolution (remarkably few of these) communication and integrity.
The reason for a four star rather than five is the project overrun. This was a large project for Dell at the time, they initially under resourced the project which meant that the wet winter of 2015 exacerbated the overrun. The only other feedback would be to get professional cleaners to finish the houses before handover.”
