We've worked in the architecture and building construction industry since 1987 and so have gained a vast experience of the industry as a whole. We have specialist knowledge of design for care facilities including residential homes for people with Autistic spectrum disabilities, Dementia & Alzheimer's and learning disabilities. Marcus Fox spent 13 happy years as part of the Estates and Property Development team for the National Charity HFT Ltd, (www.hft.org.uk). We have experience of listed buildings, alterations and development within conservation areas. We also have extensive experience in building surveying and general building consultancy including measured surveys and property condition surveys. We have over the years forged close relationships with other key consultants working in the construction industry. When required these consultants can provide specialist advice to clients in areas such as Town Planning, Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Surveying and Architectural Illustration. We work in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors designing new-build and conversions schemes, and have excellent working relationships with the many local planning and building regulations teams.
