“John took our ideas for a new kitchen extension and developed the plans and proposal so that we gained planning permission without any issues. John also attended the parish council planning meeting to ensure there were no issues at this stage. With his help and guidance a specification was developed from which we were able to have a number of contractors bid, going on to select one to complete the build. Although we knew exactly what we wanted out of this project we initially had trouble engaging builders before we started working with John, due to the unusual construction methods being used. With John’s expertise, advice and attention to detail on-board the project was completed and we have been enjoying the kitchen extension for the last six months.”

“We decided to award Home Architecture the design contract for a large rear extension we had planned for our 1930s house. The designed drawing by Mike had some design options that at the time we had not considered. With this open advice and forward thinking vision we approved modification for the final drawing sign off. Its now some eight years since we had the extension done and still very much appreciated the input we had from the architects. The rear extension in brief consisted of a approx 6m x 4m single story extension, with tiled roof , velux windows and Bi-fold doors across the rear to open up onto hard wood decking. I would recommend Home Architecture if you are considering building works small or large.”

“I used Vesta Architects for a single storey rear extension and internal renovation. Not having had much experience in the construction industry I was not sure about how the process worked. Michael at Vesta we’re incredibly helpful in this regard. At the start of the process they explained the required steps and what would should be expected at each stage. The renovation work went very smoothly and I am very thankful for Vesta’s part in this. I would highly recommend to family and friends.”

“We have constructed a number of projects with Barclay and Phillips. New Build, Refurbishment and Extension projects. We would highly recommend this Architect. They listen to the Client, which is not standard procedure for all architects, and are proactive with the builder. All of our Projects with them have gone well, finished on time and on budget.”

“Absolute Architecture was a joy to work with. Kate Cooper and her team worked with a tiny, decrepit home, large garden and stables from 1908 and turned the property into a show piece. They were sympathetic to the original design and area while making the home user friendly and comfortable for contemporary residents. They were knowledgeable about the many local laws and guidelines and used the best local craftsmen for the renovation and addition, all in a timely, warm manner. We are so proud of our lovely home; it came out truly beautiful. Thank you Kate!”

“Alfie designed our garden room and office and took the project through the planning process. We are delighted with our new bespoke building that attracts so many positive comments from friends, neighbours and family. Alfie is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. His ideas to vault the ceiling and have an exposed beam running the length of the building just adds to the wow factor. Our project was very small compared to what Alfie usually does, however we were made to feel every bit as important as all the other projects Alfie was running at the time.”

“From start to finish Fryer Planning did an amazing job with my garage and front extension. As I required my garage conversation to be entered from the living room, I needed to extend the garage by around 1.8 metres. Therefore planning permission was needed. Lee took care of all the planning procedures and let me know each stage of the process what was happening. The builders we used were happy with the planning paperwork and drawings that Lee provided. We felt that the cost of the service provided by Lee was a fair price. It took all the stress away as I had no clue about the planning permission procedure! I would highly recommended Fryer Planning to anyone looking for an excellent level of service for a good price!”
