“JLK Architectural Design was recommended by friends who spoke very highly of Julia and her team. We invited Julia to quote for us to design a side extension and obtain all the planning permissions etc. Upon meeting her, my wife and I both felt that she was the right architect for our project. Very friendly, professional and full of great ideas. She was patient with us as we deliberated over various aspects of the design and gave invaluable advice and support in arriving at our final plan. “I feel very fortunate to have discovered Llama Property Developments. This came at a time when my wife and I were struggling to comprehend the sheer size and scale (and opportunity!) of our build. What you will get from Llama: 1) Honesty - they will not pretend or lie to you about what is possible/achievable. 2) Professionalism - I'm actually a Project Director in another field - but Andy's ability to run projects, to time, agreed spec and budget - and at any give time, see the 'whole picture' - is startlingly good and key to the success of your project. 3) Creativity - yes you're paying for a service - but having access to such a wealth of experience and ideas - which enables Andy and the team to make sensible, achievable and appropriate suggestions all the way through is a huge plus 4) Quality - the quality of the tradesmen/professionals in the Llama team really has to be seen to be believed. From Planning Consultant, Architect and Project Manager, to Builders, Carpenters, Interior Design etc - the output is incredibly good. I genuinely have not seen better. 5) Proven Track Record - this was a big thing for my wife and I (to put our minds at ease). Look at what Llama have achieved - their portfolio (and don't forget the awards!) isn't simply impressive - their work is stunning. At this end of the market, my experience is that some companies are still 'playing at it'. Llama are the real deal. I have no hesitations in recommending them and will be using them in future.”

“We were extremely fortunate to find such a reliable and skilled builder/planner having been let down by a company who decided at the last minute they didn't want the job which had awkward access. The team were all courteous and prompt, the work was done to an excellent standard and all within the expected budget. What stands apart with Oakenstone is the level of clear communication about the details as well as the overall plan and the creative solutions to some problems (notably the amount of light into our house). Even though we lived in the house while the work was done (which included removing the kitchen roof, knocking down various walls etc) the level of disruption was surprisingly little as Dave had planned the work around us. James redesigned the layout which has meant that our first floor home now feels much lighter and a better use of space. It is such a pleasure to have had this work done, we wish we'd done it sooner! We would recommend this company unreservedly.”
